Until 50 Trains are Sponsored—Artists request LocoMagic Entry Packet and applications are completed and returned Until 50 Trains are Sponsored—Sponsors request LocoMagic Sponsor Info and applications are completed and returned Until 50 Trains are Sponsored—Sponsors will choose artist renderings for their trains. Spring 2008—Plaques completed and attached to trains honoring our county, sponsors, and the artists. Summer 2008—Trains will be on tour locally, statewide, and nationally. Jan – Dec 2008—Estill County Bicentennial. December 2008—LocoMagic pictorial book available. April 2008—Sponsors and Artists honored at banquet during Mountain Mushroom Festival. |

Estill Development Alliance improves the quality of life for the citizens of Estill County through conducting, promoting and supporting civic, cultural, economic, educational, and social activities which maximize citizen and community involvement. The EDA has played a major and supportive role in the community's economic development. Thanks to the funds raised through LocoMagic, Estill Development Alliance will be able to further its mission and help make Estill County a tourist destination and strengthen our economy.
